Morning! Yesterday I fueled up for a long day with a delicious breakfast.

2 slices of whole wheat toast (one w/butter and one w/jam) and 1 egg + 1 white cooked in a skillet. It was exactly what I was craving. A little salty, a little sweet and totally filling!
This morning I am also fueling for a long day. I made a bowl of microwave oats (used a plain packet of oatmeal) and a nonfat latte.
I cut up a banana into the oats, topped them with a little brown sugar and added a spoonful of peanut butter for staying power.
With my caffeine for the day:

I am up a little earlier than usual to try to get some work done before I head to work. The store is open until 10PM tonight because of a sale, so I have to work from 2 – 10:30 or so.
Better get cracking so I can be productive. Have a great day!
