Back at it!

After a bit of a hiatus (okay, okay – a long hiatus) I am ready to give blogging another whirl. The Wholesome Foodie began as a typical “eats of the day” food blog. I was in graduate school, studying for my Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition, as well as taking the required courses/internship necessary to become a Registered Dietitian. I am proud to say that I have accomplished those goals.

While my daily eats may appear every once and a while on this site, my main goal is to share my musings on food, fitness, and nutrition. Enjoy!
